Programme de recherche :
L'étudiant s'intégrera dans l'équipe CERVOxy qui développe une thématique de recherche sur les glioblastomes et le développement de stratégies thérapeutiques pour ces tumeurs. L'étudiant sera chargé de développer un projet de recherche dont le but sera d'étudier in vitro et in vivo l'influence de l'environnement tumoral, notamment l'hypoxie mais aussi des thérapeutiques conventionnelles (chimio et radiothérapies) sur les cellules endothéliales. Des approches de biologie cellulaire, moléculaire, de physiologie et d‘imagerie seront utilisées.
CERVOxy group develops researches on glioblastoma in order to propose the development of novel therapeutic strategies for these tumors. The student will be in charge of developing a project to study in vitro and in vivo the influence of the tumor environment (in particular the hypoxia) but also conventional tumor therapeutics on endothelial cells. For this purpose, technics of molecular, cellular biology, physiology and imaging will be used.

Programme de recherche :
L'étudiant s'intégrera dans l'équipe CERVOxy qui développe une thématique de recherche sur les glioblastomes et le développement de stratégies thérapeutiques pour ces tumeurs. L'étudiant aura en charge un projet de recherche dont le but sera de développer une stratégie cellulaire utilisant les cellules souches pour vectoriser un gène d'intérêt à viser thérapeutique pour les glioblastomes. Des approches de biologie cellulaire, moléculaire, de physiologie et d‘imagerie seront utilisées.
CERVOxy group develops researches on glioblastoma in order to propose the development of novel therapeutic strategies for these tumors as well as strategies to specifically deliver these therapeutic in the tumor. The student will be in charge of developing a project to develop a cellular strategy based on stem cells for delivery of a therapeutic gene in glioblastoma. For this purpose, technis of molecular, cellular biology, physiology and imaging will be used.

Mes travaux de recherche portent sur l'identification de nouvelles cibles thérapeutiques pour les tumeurs cérébrales. Afin de valider les hypothèses dévéloppées, une partie de mes recherches repose sur l'utilisation de la plateforme d'imagerie biomédicale de Cyceron (IRM et TEP).
